Shannon is a second-generation Sarasotan. She graduated from Sarasota High School and Manatee Dental Assisting School. She’s been in the dental field for more than 23 years and loves Dr. Koval’s natural-looking, beautiful results. Shannon is passionate about the life-changing impact of Dr. Koval’s work. She feels that the caring and calm atmosphere makes it fun to come to work each day. Shannon is happily married and the mother of two children. She enjoys being outdoors, cooking, and practicing a healthy lifestyle.
Susie was born and raised in the Sarasota-Bradenton area and has been working as a dental assistant for more than 25 years. She loves working with Dr. Koval and the rest of the caring team. She's proud to be part of a practice where she is instrumental in creating beautiful smiles and happy patients. In her free time, Susie enjoys a variety of crafts and walking on the beach.
Rachelle, who is originally from Canada, has been living in Sarasota since 1996. During Rachelle’s first year in Sarasota, she temped in numerous offices, hoping to find a dentist she could work with until retirement. Rachelle has been happy to work with Dr. Koval since 2000. She thoroughly enjoys providing their family of patients with preventive services. Rachelle is inspired by Dr. Koval’s ability to give her patients natural and youthful smiles. She is proud to be part of a team with a gift for transforming lives and looks forward to many more years. She has two daughters and a Goldendoodle.
Kathy began her career in high school in Wisconsin, working part-time in a pedodontist’s office. She continued as a dental assistant for 10 years and moved to Florida in 1984. Kathy met Dr. Koval in 1989 and has worked for her ever since. From dental assisting to front office responsibilities to transcriptionist, she has enjoyed it all over the past 30 years. She appreciates the warm, nurturing atmosphere Dr. Koval has created for her team and patients. Kathy is happy to assist Dr. Koval in achieving her vision of helping patients to look and feel better.
